By using www.kamoflorist.co.nz you agree that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. All website transactions with Kamo Village Florist will be in accordance with these terms and conditions.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY

At Kamo Village Florist we will always attempt to make the finished product as close as possible to what you have chosen. However, please note that it may sometimes differ due to the availability of flowers & containers on a particular day. We do not have every flower & container all of the time. The website photos are an indication of style, colour and the type of flowers we would normally have available. We will always substitute with something as close as possible to what you have ordered.

Kamo Village Florist has the discretion to decline any order placed or cancel any order for any reason. If the requested product is out of stock, and a suitable substitution cannot be made, Kamo Village Florist will notify you ASAP and you will then have the choice to accept a substitution, postpone or cancel your order.

DELIVERY/SHIPPING

Kamo Village Florist will endeavour to deliver all orders on the day requested as per your order. Read our Order & Delivery page for more information on delivery days, cut off times and delivery areas. Please note: we do not deliver on Sundays or Public holidays.

It is your responsibility to ensure detailed & accurate address details are provided. If an incorrect address is given, we can redeliver but there may be an additional cost to you. Please advise details if delivery is to a gated property. If the courier cannot get in the gate, the flowers will have to be returned to the shop for collection.

Please check that the correct delivery price is chosen. Local delivery postcodes will usually be 0112 or 0110. If you have selected the wrong one, we may have to contact you for additional payment before the delivery can be made. If unsure whether your order is local or rural, please contact us for confirmation.

We do not personally deliver to areas out of Whangarei but are happy to help you arrange these deliveries throughout New Zealand and overseas through Interflora. You will need to phone us for these options.

REFUNDS/RETURNS

At Kamo Village Florist we are committed to always providing beautiful flowers, and ensure all orders that leave our shop are in top condition. Please contact us ASAP if flowers arrive damaged or you are not fully satisfied. We will be happy to replace or refund depending on the problem.

GENERAL

Transactions will appear on your credit card statement as Kamo Village Florist for any transactions through this website.

All prices displayed on our website are in NZ Dollars and include GST.

Kamo Village Florist use Payment Express for all online credit card payments. We do not collect or store any credit card information. When making a purchase you will be directed to a secure webpage hosted by Payment Express to enter your payment details. Payment Express is New Zealand’s largest and most preferred gateway provider.

PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your privacy. We will never disclose, share or sell your email address or other contact information to any other company. We only collect this information in order to be able to process your order. All information about you will remain strictly confidential.

DELIVERIES THROUGHOUT NEW ZEALAND

Most of our dried and also flax flowers arrangements  and bouquets are able to be shipped New Zealand wide.  Deliveries are with aramex, tracking is provided.
North Island NON rural deliveries are usually overnight, please allow a few extra days for rural addresses.  $30 Packing and delivery.
South Island NON rural deliveries are usually 3 working days, please allow a few extra days for a rural address. $38 Packing and delivery.
#These times are subject to weather events and also ferry crossings between north and south islands. #Aramex in most areas operate Monday to Friday only.
